Learning Ally is a non-profit organization that has been professionally recording textbooks and other academic texts for struggling readers since 1948.  The library focusing on learning materials,  from kindergarten to college levels, as well as other requested titles, such as the Driver’s License Study Guide.

Eligibility Requirements and Application Process

Individuals who are blind/visually impaired, learning disabled, or physically disabled to the extent that they are unable to effectively use standard printed material are eligible. The application includes a disability verification section.

Individual Membership: Learning Ally has moved to a Family model of membership, allowing up to 4 people in one home to order from the same account. Book rentals are unlimited. Cost of membership is $135 annually.

Financial Assistance is available if you are unable to afford the membership fee due to financial hardship

Note: Many schools and universities hold Institutional memberships that you may utilize if you are an enrolled student.
