Website: Lexington Lions Club Hearing Screening and Assistance
The Lexington Lions Club provides hundreds of free hearing screenings to adults and children each year. The Lexington Lions Club can provide financial assistance for hearing aids, if you meet the requirements. In the last two fiscal years to the present time, the Lexington Lions Club has provided hearing aids to eligible individuals. The club funds a special retreat each year for deaf individuals. Summer camps for deaf children are also funded.
Additionally they offer The Hearing & Speech Center and the EKU interpreter program, info for all three are on their website.
