Welcome to the Kentucky Assistive Technology Service (KATS) Network Coordinating Center
The KATS Network, the Kentucky Assistive Technology Act Program, serves Kentucky residents of all ages with disabilities of all types, their families, employers and employment service providers, educators, health care and social service providers, and others seeking information about assistive technology (AT) and accessible information technology.
The KATS Network's four Regional AT Resource Centers provide device demonstrations and short-term loan of assistive technology devices for up to six weeks. These services are intended to assist the consumer in device selection and allow them to make an informed decision before a financial investment is made.

- The Kentucky Education Cabinet provides life-long educational and workforce services through seamless, efficient and accessible learning opportunities for all Kentucky's citizens, from pre-school to senior citizens.
- Kentucky Workforce Investment
- Connects Kentucky to employment, workforce information, education and training
- Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
- The Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation assists Kentuckians with disabilities to achieve suitable employment and independence.
- Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs (ATAP)
- A national, member-based organization, comprised of state Assistive Technology Act Programs funded under the Assistive Technology Act (AT Act)
- RESNA Catalyst Project
- The RESNA Catalyst Project is funded to provide assistance to the AT Act Grantees to assist them in increasing awareness, access, acquisition and advocacy to assistive technology (AT) devices and services for consumers with disabilities of all ages.
