The Western Kentucky Assistive Technology Center will be hosting a Low Vision Vendor day on Thursday, January 28, 2010, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Specialists will be on hand to demonstrate a variety of equipment that will assist individuals with vision impairments in their daily living, such as Magnification devices, screen readers, magnifiers, voice recognition software, independent living aids, keyboards and accessories, and Braille products.
This event is free of charge and open to the public.
It will be held in the Green Pavilion at Wendell Foster's Campus for Developmental Disabilities, 815 Triplett Street, Owensboro, KY 42303.
